Flour fortification

Flour is the main staple food at the disposal of the widest population. Flour fortification has become mandatory as set out by SFDA guidelines in accordance with WHO recommendations. Flour is fortified with a premix containing vitamins and minerals essential for human physical and mental development as part of the Nutritional Improvement Program. Flour correction

Wheat varies according to crops from year to year and from one location to another making each delivery much different than the consequent one.
